At last week’s Maryland Multi-Housing Association Star Awards, Jan Jefferson won the Silver Award for Property Manager of the Year and David S. Brown Enterprises won the Bronze Award for Property Management Company of the Year! These accomplishments would not be possible without the daily hard work of our employees. Congratulations to all!
First Annual David S. Brown Company Picnic and Fitness Games
On August 10th, all of the employees at David S. Brown headed over to Stevenson University for an afternoon of fun and games. This was a chance to get out of the office and socialize with employees that do not often get to see each other, but was also to symbolize the start of a new fitness initiative in conjunction with Red Brook Fitness. The goal of this new initiative is to encourage all David S. Brown employees to live healthy and active lifestyles.
The afternoon featured the first annual Fitness Games, that included a series of challenges meant to test a person’s strength and overall stamina. Those games were followed by a softball game that ended up being a nail biter! All in all, everyone left with a full stomach and a smile on their face.
The staff involved with organizing this event would like to say thank you to everyone who showed up and were glad that everyone had a great time. They look forward to planning more events like this one in the future!
